Reserved spaces are
held until 7:00 a.m. (non-reserves will be let in @ 6:00).
All reservations must be renewed before the last Sunday
of the month for the following month or vendor forfeits
right of renewal. |

Wilmot Market©
reserves the right to refuse admission to any vendor.
Vendors may not sub-lease any part of their selling space. |
|
3.
|
Sale of any item prohibited
by any city, town, county, state or federal law is prohibited.
No fireworks, guns, ammunition, knives, drug related products,
or used mattresses and bedding or otherwise flammable
or dangerous items allowed on the property. Wilmot Market©
LLC reserves the right to determine whether any particular
item is dangerous. |

In the event of rain,
rainchecks will not be issued. It has been our experience
that vendors who stay and wait for the rain to stop do
very well. We strongly suggest that vendors endure inclement
weather. |

5.
|
Wilmot Market is a
"family market", therefore absolutely no pornographic
or "X" rated material such as films, magazines,
dvd's, etc. are allowed to be sold. |
|
6.
|
The sale of counterfeit
merchandise, or merchandise which violates trademarks
and copyrights of others is prohibited. It is the obligations
of the seller to verify that the merchandise offered for
sale is not counterfeit. By accepting these rules, seller
indemnifies Wilmot Market LLC, Wilmot Mountain inc., and
the Town of Randall Wisconsin from any action taken against
seller if merchandise is found to be counterfeit. |

Vendors permits will
be given to each vendor at the gate the day that they
sell, these permits must be on display in the front window
and available for inspection. No selling outside of vendors
rented space is allowed. All aisles must be kept clear
of vehicles and merchandise |

8.
|
. Portable canopies
must have a minimum of 50 lbs. weight on each vertical
pole for wind control. No nails or stakes may be driven
into the ground. |

9.
|
Wilmot Market LLC will
not accept or cash checks. |
|
10.
|
Absolutely no animals
allowed on the premises unless it is livestock being sold
in a controlled environment. By accepting these rules
any action taken against any livestock seller indemnifies
Wilmot Market LLC, Wilmot Mountain inc., and the Town
of Randall Wisconsin from any action taken against the
seller. |

11.
|
The sale of tobacco,
food, soft drinks, juices or alcoholic beverages that
can be consumed on the premises is strictly prohibited
with the exception of Wilmot Mountain inc. or Wilmot Market
LLC. Wilmot Market LLC determines who is exempt of this
rule |
|
12.
|
Pre-approved packaged
food or concession vendors who are allowed to sell food
available for immediate consumption must carry a "product
liability" insurance policy for not less than $300,000.00
and show Wilmot Market LLC, Wilmot Mountain Inc., and
the Town of Randall and County of Kenosha as "additional
insured". Vendors must supply a current certificate
of insurance confirming the above, listing the products
covered by the policy and be liscenced by the county of
Kenosha. |

13.
|
No political material may be distributed. No walking
sales are permitted. No loudspeakers, bullhorns, jamming
or excessive shouting is allowed. Sound on all radios,
TV's and stereos, etc. must be kept to a level which
does not bother neighbors.

14.
|
Vendors must conduct themselves in an acceptable and
orderly manner. Wilmot Market LLC reserves the right
to determine what behavior is disorderly or unacceptable.

15.
|
Kenosha County Law Enforcement will enforce all local
ordinances, laws, and regulations.
|
|
16.
|
YOUR SELLING AREA MUST BE KEPT CLEAN. Please respect
this open space. You are responsible for taking your
unsold merchandise. Any violators will be charged $50.00
for excessive clean up expenses. We will be marking
down license numbers so as to contact vendors who leave
excess garbage. Vendors agree to a clean up charge and
the possibility of not being allowed to sell at Wilmot
Market LLC. YOU MUST TAKE YOUR EXCESS GARBAGE WITH YOU
BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

Vendors agree to indemnify Wilmot Market LLC, Wilmot
Mountain inc. and the Town of Randall against and to
hold Wilmot Market LLC, Wilmot Mountain inc., and the
Town of Randall harmless from any and all claims (including
the cost of defense of any claim) resulting from vendors
activities on the Wilmot Market LLC, / Wilmot Mountain
inc. property. Vendors shall adequately supervise and
control the activities of all of their employees, agents,
helpers, and will be responsible for the activities
of those individuals.

Vendors agree to enjoy themselves and agree to thrive
in one of the last frontiers where the American entreprenuerial
spirit lives. They agree to treat each other with respect,
dignity, and to live by the golden rule of treating
others the way you would like to be treated. Vendors
further agree to accept a shared responsibility and
goal of building this venue/our venue as one of the
best outdoor markets in Kenosha county. With this new
responsibility we all commit to reporting opportunities
for improvement to Nickey at the earliest opportunity.

that each vendor will agree to upon entry to the market.
ANY FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES
MAY RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM THE WILMOT MARKET LLC.
